You will need approximately 3-4 appointments, spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart, to establish a thorough treatment regime.

First and second appointments are comprehensive and cover all aspects of your diet, lifestyle, and health history. Laboratory testing is often ordered and delivered at these appointments*.

All clinic appointments, West Lakes and Pooraka, can be conducted as Telehealth consults.

As a working Mum and healthcare provider, I completely understand life can go sideways quickly. A telehealth consult should be considered for cancellation within 24 hours or late fees may apply.

*Fees quoted above include consults only. Herbal tonics, vitamin supplements and laboratory testing are additional costs. EFTPOS facilities are available with no cash on the premises. Reduced rates will be applied in rooms on sighting concession type.

You’re here because your health is important to you. I applaud you for investing in self-care. You may be at the beginning of your wellness journey or advanced in the process. You may have noticed changes in your body function, mindset, or those niggles that are ‘normal for you’ are becoming more aggressive. You’d like a deeper understanding of how you can manage symptoms, or improve your quality of life going forward. You may be a concerned parent wanting to relieve discomfort and optimise your family's health.

At Praxis Blooming your comfort and privacy are a priority. Our consults enable time to thoroughly examine your symptom journey and explore the information you feel ready to share. We aim to build a therapeutic relationship, sharing knowledge to establish self-empowering, lasting health practices.

First and Second appointments can run up to 60 minutes, gathering extensive information about your symptoms, personal experience, medical and family history, diet and lifestyle. Laboratory testing may be investigated and delivered in these consults. You may be prescribed herbal or nutraceutical products to support your symptoms.

Follow-up Review appointments are where we start to implement your treatment plan. These appointments run for 30 minutes. Depending on the complexity of your presentation you may need 3-4 consults to establish a well-rounded treatment regime.

Naturopaths may use a combination of traditional and biomedical methods to explore your symptoms. You may be prescribed a combination of herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, dietary regimes, or lifestyle recommendations and may be referred to Allied Health when required. All prescriptions are an additional cost and not included in the consult fee.
